benchweave-sdk upgrade

Move a scaffolded project to this SDK’s released template tag.

benchweave-sdk upgrade [DIRECTORY]

Fetches the tagged template from the canonical SDK repository (network; released template tags only — a development install’s version has no tag and the update refuses with upgrade_tag_missing). Author-owned files survive. Conflicts are written as markers to resolve and commit — never resolved silently: typically where you and the template both changed a file, and always on an adopted project’s first upgrade for any author-edited file its pre-copier base never rendered (the conflict keeps both sides). Files the template no longer carries are kept: skip-protected ones are restored to your bytes and reported.
