Every command works on a clone of benchweave-registry; nothing here touches a service, and the keyed commands take their key as a local file argument that never enters any repository or CI (CR-12).

Commands

queue: Derive every submission’s queue stage (CR-27): seven stages, records-first.
status: Contributor surface (CR-31): your submissions and release timelines.
publish-status: Write a release’s baseline status document (sequence 1) and sign it.
yank: Yank a release: status sequence+1 lifecycle yanked, re-signed, recorded.
advise: Attach a security/quality advisory; lifecycle stays published.
unlist: Unlist a release: the record only — the release stays admissible.
withdraw: Withdraw a submission — pre-acceptance only (contributor).
transfer: Transfer a release to another publisher — transfer is re-vetting (Q9).
