Report the project’s pinned SDK version against the installed one.

benchweave-sdk doctor [DIRECTORY]

Fully offline (issue #347 WS1b): reads the benchweave-sdk== requirement that new writes into [project.optional-dependencies] test — a mutable declaration, not a provenance record — and compares it, normalized, with the running SDK. A version mismatch is reported, never failed on; check stays the conformance gate; doctor only diagnoses.
